Real-estate services and marketing (property information, event notices, customer service); customer management and analysis; appointments and contact (viewings, enquiries, replies); and providing related information.

2. What we collect

Identifying details (PDPA category C001: name, telephone, email and similar) and lifestyle and interest details (category C035: housing needs, budget range and similar). We do not ask for passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive data through this website.

3. How long, where, by whom and how

From the date you consent until the purpose no longer exists or you ask us to stop. Data is used within the Republic of China (Taiwan). It is used by us, our affiliated companies (the land administration office and Fusheng Property Management) and contractors we engage, and we contact you by telephone, SMS, email or messaging apps such as LINE.

4. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Act you may ask to view your data, request a copy, ask for corrections or additions, ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it, and ask us to delete it. To exercise these rights, call 04-2395-0868 or email [email protected].

5. If you choose not to provide data

Providing data is voluntary. Without complete and accurate details we may be unable to send you property information, event notices or full customer service.

6. This website

The enquiry forms on this site open an email in your own mail program; nothing is stored on this website. Pages use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for anonymous usage statistics, and the floor-plan tool at tools.fshouse.com.tw has its own account system described in its Chinese privacy policy.
